Larson's Declaration.

The Patent Office's webmaster, Lawrence Larson, provided a Declaration that a CD-ROM he provided represented all the forms that were available on his website as of the breach date of November 1, 2007. The first panel is a cover letter provided by his attorney that also states that the CD-ROM contains all the items available on the website on the breach date.
